Mike Fisher is an Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager at Zoom and has lead global onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs during Zoom’s transition to working in a 100% remote environment. Zoom’s mission is to deliver happiness to its customers, and this starts with the sales experience. Mike Fisher specializes in using gamification, humorification, and simplification techniques to teach salespeople how to provide delightful customer experiences and host effective meetings.
Prior to Zoom, Mike spent almost 6 years at Oracle. Mike worked for Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) which is responsible for the development, implementation & support for all of the SaaS & PaaS applications & database technology that Oracle leverages internally to support more than 138K employees & 30K salespeople worldwide. Mike lead the Customer Experience (CX) Applications Adoption Team for OAL which was responsible for collaborating with a global, cross-functional team of Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Software Developers & VP-Level business stakeholders to digitally transform the systems Oracle’s salespeople use worldwide to help companies evaluate & purchase Oracle’s SaaS, PaaS & IaaS solutions.
Before Oracle, Mike worked in Enterprise Sales at a Gamification start-up called Badgeville (acquired by CallidusCloud which was then acquired by SAP) and he started his inside sales career as a Team Lead at Salesforce.com.
Mike has been a guest lecturer at San Jose State University covering the MBA Course Topic: Demystifying Sales in Silicon Valley, and has acted as a mentor to numerous entrepreneurs at start-up incubators and accelerator programs.
